Frequently asked questions

What does sales tracking software track?

The source, value, probability, owner, current stage and next follow-up date of every deal. Deals move between stages on a kanban pipeline; revenue forecast, target achievement and loss reasons are reported.

Can we define our own sales stages?

Yes. Stage names, order and the probability of each stage are configured for your company during setup; separate pipelines can be built per dealer, project or product group.

Can I track sales targets per rep?

Yes. Monthly, quarterly or yearly targets are defined per rep and team; achievement rates appear on the live dashboard and in reports.

Are lost deals reported?

Yes. A reason (price, competitor, timing, etc.) is selected for every lost deal; the loss analysis report shows these reasons by period, product and rep.
